Service Details
Full Document Review
A comprehensive review of your supporting documentation during the review period to ensure that all necessary documents have been included and prepared in accordance with IRCC requirements prior to submission.
Portal & Form Review
The RCIC will review the information entered within your application portal and identify potential errors, inconsistencies, omissions, or missing information that may affect your application.
RCIC Review Consultations
Your service includes two consultations with the RCIC during the review period. Consultation 1 is two hours in duration, and Consultation 2 is one hour in duration.
Consultation Structure
Initial Application &
Document Review
- The RCIC will answer questions regarding outstanding document collection and review the documentation provided by the applicant to identify any missing or outstanding items.
- The RCIC will also review the application portal and provide feedback regarding potential inconsistencies, omissions, and common application errors.
Final Application Review
- Prior to the second consultation, the applicant will make the applicable corrections to the application portal and supporting documentation. During this consultation, the RCIC will complete the final review and address any remaining concerns prior to submission.
